All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
In case of high order volumes, processing may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

- International: 7–15 business days

📍 Order Tracking

⚠️ Delays & Issues
Velmora is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Customs clearance procedures (for international orders)
- Unforeseen courier issues
However, we will always do our best to help you resolve any issues.
❌ Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping charges.
🔄 Order Changes & Cancellation
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, orders are processed and cannot be changed.
